What is a fold down clothesline?
Fold down clotheslines are typically attached to a wall or fence and can be folded down when not in use. They are particularly useful for gardens, balconies and courtyards where there is limited space. They can be installed at the side of houses where there the space for a freestanding clothesline. Larger fold down clotheslines offer extensive line space for greater drying flexibility and can handle sheets and larger items.

The side arms are all tubular steel including the front bent corners to ensure strength and durability. All fold down washing lines are supplied with pre-assembled side arms to make installation a breeze. Austral clotheslines come with a 20 year structural warranty and the Sunbreeze comes with a 10 year structural warranty.
Due to its popularity, we have added Dulux “Surfmist” to our colour range for all our Austral FoldDown lines. Surfmist is a Colorbond colour.
